I think that's probably one of the most moving and evocative pieces of art you've done.
And who says she's sad. I think she's just pausing to reflect, and to feel the night breeze. A moment of calm on the edge of the non-stop bustle of a night in the city. You know, when you're just outside of the noise, and everything in your immediate area is quiet, the buoy bells ringing softly out over the river, the water against the concrete breakwater... but you can still hear the roar of the city behind you.
